  • Wong Ngit Liong Executive Chairman

    Mr Wong Ngit Liong, is the Executive Chairman of the Venture Group of companies.

    He led the Venture Group as Managing Director from 1989, and then as CEO, a position he relinquished at the close of 2021, taking on a defined executive role to focus on the Group’s multi-pronged and multi-tiered growth strategy. Under Mr Wong’s visonary guidance, the Venture Group has transformed from an electronics manufacturing services start-up into today’s leading global provider of technology services, products and solutions.

    Mr Wong started his career with Hewlett-Packard Company (HP). He held management positions at its North American headquarters and supported the startup of HP Singapore and HP Malaysia. His past directorships include public-listed companies and local statutory bodies such as Singapore Exchange Limited, DBS Bank Ltd, the Economic Development Board of Singapore and Enterprise Singapore. Mr Wong was the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the National University of Singapore (NUS) from 2004 to 2016. He was also appointed a member of both the Constitutional Commission (2016) and the Ministerial Salary Review Commitee (2011).

    In recognition of his leadership and business acumen, Mr Wong was awarded the Businessman of the Year in 1998 by DHL Worldwide Express/Business Times, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award (Singapore) in 2002 and Asiamoney’s Best CEO Award (Singapore) in 2004. He was conferred the Meritorious Service Medal at the National Day Awards 2012 and the Distinguished Service Order at the National Day Awards 2018 fo his contributions to the nation in various sectors. In 2017, Mr Wong received the NUS Eminent Alumni Award as an acknowledgement of exceptional and sustained contributions and achievements nationally or globally in public and community service.

    Mr Wong graduated with a 1st Class (Honours) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Malaya where he was an Eastern Mining & Metal Company (EMMCO) Scholar. He also holds a Master of Science in Electronics Engineering degree from the University of California, Berkeley where he studied as a Fulbright Scholar; and a Master of Business Administration degree with distinction from McGill University under the Canadian Commonwealth Fellowship.

  • Lee Ghai Keen Chief Executive Officer
    Technology Products & Solutions

    Mr Lee Ghai Keen is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Technology Products & Solutions (TPS) group. He is responsible for leading the businesses within the TPS group which comprises the Life Science & Genomics domain, the Custom Design Business (focused on leading-edge Biotech and medical equipment) and the Solutions & Strategic Modules Business. In addition, Mr Lee will oversee the Precision Engineering Business, presently undertaken by entities under the Univac Group.

  • Wong Chee Kheong Chief Executive Officer
    Advanced Manufacturing & Design Solutions

    Mr Wong Chee Kheong is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Advanced Manufacturing & Design Solutions (AMDS) Group. He leads the AMDS group of businesses which are engaged in the design and manufacture of a wide range of sophisticated electronic products, including products within the Healthcare, Luxury Lifestle and Wellness domain, Semi-Conductor related equipment and modules, as well as other emerging technology domains. Mr Wong also oversees the Group’s Electronics Manufacturing Operations, Global Supply Base Management function in its strategic procurement activities and the Information TechHealtnology (IT) function.

  • Anthea Ng Chief Financial Officer

    Ms Anthea Ng is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Group. She is responsible for the Group’s overall finance functions including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, business control, credit management, tax, investment, risk management and investor relations.

    Ms Ng has more than 25 years of finance expertise covering auditing, accounting and financial reporting as well as corporate governance in SGX-listed companies. Ms Ng joined Venture in 2014 as the Group Financial Controller, reporting to the CFO. During her eight years with Venture, she led key functions including corporate finance, finance controllership, planning and budgeting, treasury and group tax management.

    Prior to joining Venture, Ms Ng spent 14 years in a SGX-listed manufacturing company in corporate finance positions and also assumed the position of Company Secretary, managing board compliance and corporate governance matters.

    Ms Ng is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.

  • Juliana Ang Chief Human Resource Officer

    Ms Juliana Ang is Chief Human Resource Officer of the Venture Group from 1 June 2023. She is responsible for the Group’s human resources (HR) function and provides strategic leadership to drive group-wide HR policies, practices, systems and processes and build employee engagement.

    Ms Ang brings with her over 30 years of extensive HR experience. Prior to joining Venture, she was Chief People Officer at Income Insurance Limited where she was responsible for human resource management, organisational culture development and agile transformation. Before Income, Ms Ang held various local and regional HR roles in Philips Electronics Singapore, Hewlett-Packard Singapore and Seagate International where she led the development and executive of HR strategies, talent management, change management, performance and rewards management.

    Ms Ang holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore. She is an accredited administrator of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Hogan Assessment.
