On-site Program Management
Through our Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) Program, dedicated TCS managers and champions are assigned to each customer to cultivate an in-depth understanding of the customer’s business, processes and needs and to manage those needs. These TCS managers are supported by a team of program managers, engineers, buyers, procurement and logistics specialists, and are empowered to draw upon additional resources in the Venture operations cluster where the need arises.
To support our customers overseas, an additional person, the program manager, is deployed in the customer's facility to coordinate project transfer and requirements. This serves to enhance communication over different time zones, increase planning flexibility and manufacturing responsiveness.
