New Product Introduction (NPI) Management Expertise

To complement our design services, Venture has developed a world-class project management model and technical expertise. From the initial product design stage, our NPI team, comprising R&D personnel and manufacturing engineers, are tasked to work very closely together in areas such as design for manufacturing (DFM), test development, production cycle time and audit plan, to ensure a seamless transition from product development to manufacturing and distribution.
