Total Customer Satisfaction
Our ambition to offer the highest level of customer satisfaction is supported by a customer-centric organizational structure that facilitates swift communication flow between Venture and its partners and allows for direct access to our top-level management.

Complementing this is our Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) Program, whereby dedicated TCS Managers / Champions are assigned to each customer to cultivate an in-depth understanding of the customer's business processes and requirements, and to address these needs. This provides our customers with just one focal point of contact for their needs. Our TCS Managers are empowered to draw additional resources from our operations cluster. Such resources include program managers, engineers, buyers, procurement, and logistics specialists. The team also works with our customers to devise an escalation path to address issues arising and feedback, setting new standards of responsiveness to our customers. For projects handled out of Asia, a program manager is also deployed to our customers' premises to increase planning flexibility and manufacturing responsiveness.

Cluster Strategy
Our established clusters of excellence provide complementary engineering strength, operational synergy, and sales support aimed at helping our customers manage their value chain in the most effective and cost-efficient manner.

Based on the objective of optimizing our capability-to-cost ratio, these clusters - in Southeast Asia, North Asia, Europe and the USA - are synergistically connected to form one global enterprise allowing us to draw upon the respective strengths of each cluster. Our facilities in Asia thus offer electronics manufacturing services at the lowest total cost while retaining the higher yields, stringent quality and environmental standards required. Our US and Europe facilities offer product generation, rapid prototyping, small-volume build business, after-sales and distribution services to our customers in the region. Through this arrangement, we achieve the lowest cost structure for the best quality possible. Our customers in turn receive the best value for their dollar.

Technology
From the design of a basic component to the development of the most intricate product, our engineering expertise is accompanied by an aspiration to accomplish results that constantly surpass expectations.

Our experience and strength in electrical engineering extend to the design of power management circuits for portable products, ASIC with embedded processors and memories for colour image processing, high-speed and high-power design of controller boards for networking, computing and storage systems. We also have a team of engineers specializing in analog RF circuits focused on Monolithic Microwave IC, power amplifier modules for cellular systems, and wide-band digital receivers for RF measurements.

These capabilities are supported by a universal enterprise resource planning system that facilitates information exchange and links us with our business partners all over the world in a real-time manner. Though linked up as a single instance, our IT system is able to support multiple entities and a number of engineering, production, planning, HR and customer services functions 24 hours a day.
