To emphasize on our devotion to our employees and be in line with one of our core values and belief – “Encouraging our employees to realize their full potential", we are pleased to introduce a new initiative whereby our very own employees are given first-hand knowledge on job opportunities within Venture. This is known as the ‘Internal Job Posting (IJP) Portal’, where all available vacancies from various departments, locations and job categories could be found on our intranet. Our employee can apply for these job vacancies should he/she be keen in any of the positions.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for application, employees must have fulfilled a minimum permanent service period of 1 year with Venture. Employees who are facing disciplinary action are strictly NOT eligible for this internal job application.
